RESCHEDULING & make-up classes
The Free Trial: To ensure my studio is the right fit for your child, I offer a complimentary trial class. This allows them to experience the process-based environment before you commit to the term.
Term Commitment: Once the trial is complete, registration is for the full duration of the term. This stability allows me to maintain small, supportive group dynamics.
Client Refund: Refunds for the term (or the first monthly installment) are only processed for cancellations made at least 7-14 days before the first day of term. Cancellations made after this window are not eligible for a refund, as it becomes difficult to fill the spot once the term is underway.
Missed Session: I understand that life happens. For a missed session, I will happily explore a make-up class option if there is space available in an alternative session.
Studio Cancellation: Should I need to cancel a class for any unforeseen reason, you will be offered a choice: a make-up class or a refund.
